Colour Analysis Course

Duration:  5 days

From the psychology of colour to how to deliver your colour analysis consultation to your clients, this course will provide you with the perfect foundation on which to build your new career.

Our well-balanced combination of theory and practise (with real life models), means that you'll leave us with enthusiasm and confidence, safe in the knowledge that you can reach either Wendy, Jo or anyone from our supportive stylist community to offer additional support moving forward.

At SCA we strongly believe that in-person training is the only way to understand the true impact of colour analysis and be able to confidently identify your client's season.

Personal Stylist Course

Duration:  5 days

In this course you will learn how to deliver our unique and holistic process for Style Analysis.

Our systems incorporates 8 style personalities to ensure that (as with our approach to colour anlaysis), we are not putting clients in boxes!   

You will learn how to consider your client as a whole, performing a detailed review of your their style preferences and lifestyle requirements, before thoroughly presenting their personally recommended items of clothing, accessories, jewellery and use of patterns and fabrics.

Models are provided to ensure you are confident in the process before you qualify at the end of day 4. 

All tools required to conduct your style appointment are included.

Colour for Business

Duration:  1 day

Suitable for opticians, hairdressers, makeup artists, photographers, boutique owners/staff and any other businesses who advise on colour. 

You will learn the fundamentals of Colour Analysis to allow you to advise customers on their most complimentary colours. 

You will be able to recommend whether warm or cool colours are best suited to your client and provide them with a seasonal guide for colour reference.

Style Training Update

Duration:  1 day

Pre-requisite:  For image consultants who have already received professional training in style analysis but would like to update their offering.

In this course you will learn how to adapt your previous training to deliver our unique and holistic process for Style Analysis (this is the system which Kettlewell Colours have been trained in adopted for their style appointments).

Our approach incorporates 8 style personalities, a detailed review of your client's style preferences and lifestyle requirements and a thorough and personalised presentation of their recommended items of clothing, accessories, jewellery and use of patterns and fabrics.

At SCA we intentionally avoid describing body shapes as fruit and don't take our client's measurements! 

Colour Training Update

Duration:  1 days

Pre-requisite:  For image consultants who have already received professional training in colour analysis but would like to update their offering.

In this course you will learn how to deliver our unique and holistic process for Colour Analysis. 

Whilst our approach is primarily based on the seasonal system (and we recommend assigning one season to your client), we also explore opportunities to 'borrow' from other areas of the colour wheel if appropriate based on your client's dominant colour characteristic. 

Our use of 'determining drapes' means that you can analyse your client's season in under 30 minutes, allowing the remainder of your appointment for relaxed interactions and guidance through your client's seasonal palette colour rating. 

Wardrobe Edit Course

Duration:  3 hours

Discover the benefits of colour analysis and learn how to deliver a colour analysis consultation to your clients.

We provide models for you to practice on so that you'll leave us with confidence.

A 136 piece bespoke drape set is included with the course meaing you'll have everything needed to start your new venture.

Personal Shopping Course

Duration:  2 hours

In this course you will learn the process of Personal Shopping. 

We will discuss the process up to the day of the appointment, example pricing structures and provide you with everything you need for a successful Personal shop. 



Bridal Analysis Course

Duration:  3 hours

In this course you will learn how to tailor your colour and style advice specifically for brides, the bridal party and the overall wedding theme.

We will discuss the format of the appointment, example pricing structures and provide you with everything you need for a successful Bridal Analysis appointment.
