Lynn Ellison

Lynn has always worked connecting with people, she has a background in teaching Art and Art psychotherapy. She uses these skills to welcome you and put you at ease.

Having lost her own clothes confidence during the menopause she decided to reclaim it. Training as an image consultant, wearing her seasonal palette was like coming home to being comfortable in her body once again. She can help you to feel the same.

Lynn believes how you feel during your analysis is fundamental to you leaving excited, confident and maybe a little bolder and wiser too.

Clare Stephens

Clare is based in Reading and a recently reborn Spring after her training with the SCA!  She has always been fascinated with colour- it’s history, therapeutic uses, psychology and of course how it can be worn to make us glow! 

Based in Reading, Clare offers a full colour analysis, tea/coffee/homemade cake and a glass of Prosecco if you like to celebrate finding your wow colours. You will take a seasonal swatch fan away as an on-going reference to help with shopping and choosing outfits.

Katherine Forbes

Katherine runs an online boutique thrift store in London and embarked on her Colour Analysis training to compliment this business. Her vision is to open a studio in London, offering colour analysis alongside her vintage and secondhand clothing, all organised in seasonal colours - genius!

Addie Bryant

Battersea, London

Addie has always been passionate about the arts, particularly painting, fashion, and makeup. While in university, she discovered her love for fashion and decided to pursue a career in the field. She enrolled at FIDM in Los Angeles, where she studied Fashion Design, learning garment creation, pattern-making, and sewing. Addie also developed her skills in CAD and Photoshop to design using advanced technology.

During her time at FIDM, Addie participated in Los Angeles Fashion Week, showcasing her creativity and distinctive style. Motivated by the desire to promote body positivity, she founded her own lingerie brand, WANDER VIXEN, to create empowering pieces that celebrated diversity in fashion.

Today, Addie lives in London and works as an Image consultant, using her artistic background and passion for empowerment to help others discover their personal style and embrace their individuality.

Sharon’s passion for empowering women through fashion began over 30 years ago. An entrepreneur and mother of three, she has seen the transformational impact practical and personal style advice has had on her clients over the years. She offers a one-stop-shop for clothing (Elora, French fashion), make-up and colour analysis consultation from her home in East Lothian. Recently, she evolved her skills by completing SCA Conversion course and says “I had forgotten how powerful and insightful a comprehensive colour analysis can be!'

Carly Odley

Carly’s passion for fashion led her to open and run a women’s clothing and accessories shop in the beautiful seaside village of Saundersfoot. She often had customers ask, “Does this colour look good on me?” This sparked her desire to provide accurate, professional advice, leading her to train formally and become a qualified image consultant.

After years of navigating her own style, Carly realised it’s not about size, shape, or budget, but rather understanding yourself and embracing your individuality.

Jo, is one of our founding Directors at The Style and Colour Academy. After a 20 year NHS career she decided to take a leap into the world of self-employment and five years ago, trained in image consultancy where she discovered a huge skill overlap in body confidence, image and self-esteem.

Working successfully in the Midlands area in her own business Jo Gaffney Styling Life , Jo has now partnered with Wendy to style with The Style and Colour Company, offering Colour and Style Analysis, Wardrobe Edits, Personal Shopping and a range of talks covering menopause and well-being.

Wendy Thompson

Great Malvern, Worcestershire

Wendy, one of our founding Directors at The Style and Colour Academy, trained in Personal Styling, in London in 2002. Initially offering her services to compliment her wedding dress business, Wendy then made a move into teaching, gaining Qualified Teacher Status in 2010. In 2019, she decide to focus her attention on growing The Style and Colour Company and pursue her vision of creating a new training school for Personal Stylists based around community and support. After a long search for a stylist who could embark on her dream with her, Wendy met Jo in December 2024 and they formed The Style and Colour Academy Ltd. 

Wendy previously ran her own business Wendythompsonpersonalstyling but since January 2025 has joined Jo to work in partnership from their styling studio and boutique based in Pershore. Wendy can be booked for Colour Analysis, Style Analysis, Wardrobe Edits, Personal Shopping, Style + Colour Workshops and Public Speaking.
